SALES RETAIL

Job Description:

  • Work closely with home owners, architects, interior designers and building contractors
  • Help our customers build their dream house

Requirements:

  • Male or Female 20 – 30 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree, any field (preferably from Architecture, Interior Design, Sipil Engineering, Marketing Management, Economy).
  • Excellent communication, inter-personal skills – must work well with others

INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

  • Knowledge and experience regarding building materials (e.g. ceramics, flooring, and sanitary ware)
  • Ability to make work plans, motivation and monitor team performance
  • Communicative: (1) Provide clear direction and feed back to the team, (2)Give an explanation and report well to the customer, (3) Provide performance reports, problems encountered and solutions to the leadership of the company
  • Work with sales teams to increase sales and excellent service to customers
  • High work dedication and able to consistently be a role model in a team

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Leadership qualities, including relationship building, meeting facilitation, time management, organizational skills and ability to influence others
  • Require skills ; communications, negotiations, presentation, product knowledge reporting, project marketing, computer literate.

Marketing

Job Description:

  • Visit to subscription architects.
  • Communicate new products to contractor or architect architects
  • Make a visit report.
  • Make reports of project prospects and update customer data.
  • Search for new customers and report on new customer data.
  • Become a good consultant for customers.

Requirements:

  • Male or Female Age 25 – 35 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architect.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience as Marketing Support
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Others/Category not available or equivalent.
  • Have experience and knowledge in the field of selling building materials.
  • Have experience in public or private project tenders.
  • Have strong negotiating skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Have a driving license.
  • Have high motivation, a good work ethic and can work well as a team.

Digital Social Media Promotion Manager

Job Description:

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Job Description:

  • Receive, prioritize and resolve requests for IT assistance.
  • Purchase IT hardware, software and other related matters.
  • Installation, maintenance and provision of daily support for both Windows & Macintosh hardware & software, equipment including printers, scanners, external hard-drives, etc.
  • Correspondence with external service providers including Internet Service Providers, Email service providers, hardware, and software suppliers, etc.
  • Arranging price quotes for goods and receipts with suppliers for IT-related needs.
  • Provide data / information needed for the preparation of regular department reports.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or any related branch preferred.
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good knowledge of IT operating systems
  • Hands on experience of installing hardware and software
  • Familiar with NAVISION (NAV) system
  • Can do programming
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer relation skills in order to provide flawless support for them.
  • Proficient in Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7, Linux etc.
  • Good working knowledge of all desktop applications and malware applications.
  • Ability to load and troubleshoot various software and hardware systems.
  • Good knowledge of various networking concepts.
