Job Description:

• Work closely with home owners, architects, interior designers and building contractors
• Help our customers build their dream house
• Advise and engage customers on building materials
• Form strong relationships by building trust
• Use strong consultative sales skills and interpersonal skills
• Provide excellent service to our customers
• Interest in trend, design and style

Requirements:

• Male or Female 20 – 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, in any field (preferably from Architecture, Interior Design, Sipil Engineering, Marketing Management, Economy).
• Excellent communication, and inter-personal skills – must work well with others
• Strong focus on customer service
• Professional, positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail, strong follow-up
• Well-dressed, well-mannered, and well-spoken
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience as Sales
• Preferably with some experience working with building materials (flooring/walls, sanitary ware)

New Client Acquisition

Job Description:

• Visit subscription architects.
• Communicate new products to contractors or architect architects
• Make a visit report.
• Make reports of project prospects and update customer data.
• Search for new customers and report on new customer data.
• Become a good consultant for customers.

Requirements:

• Male or Female Age 25 – 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architect.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience as a Marketing Support
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Others/Category not available or equivalent.
• Have experience and knowledge in the field of selling building materials.
• Have experience in public or private project tenders.
• Have strong negotiating skills.
• Able to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Have a driving license.
• Have a high motivation, a good work ethic, and can work well as a team.
• Attractive.
• Have good presentation skills.
• Have a broad business network in related fields.
• Knowledge of the words MS, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
